Thompson went after Grand Theft Auto, but failed miserably because movies, music and video games are apart of entertainment. The only thing they [developers, studios, labels] have a responsibility is providing the correct rating system like MA, R rated, PG.

And even the ones who did sell drugs aren't doing it anymore unless they're still broke mixtape rappers or stupid.

It's still against the federal law, so if the feds catch you smoking weed, you can still get in trouble, but local police won't do a damn thing in those states.
